2026 Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference

We invite you to participate in the 2026 Virginia Statewide Payroll Conference, The Payroll Labyrinth, our 26th Annual Conference. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your products or services to potential customers. The conference will be held at the Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park in Falls Church, Virginia.

Exhibitors/Sponsors play a very important role in this conference. They provide financial support to the conference and educate our members on recent trends and solutions in an ever-changing environment. The exhibit hall will be a focal point for the conference, offering you many opportunities to engage with payroll professionals from Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, DC, and possibly more.

Our exhibit hall is open on Thursday, October 1st at various times throughout the day when classes are not in session. The exhibit hall concludes with vendor door prizes.  Each Exhibiting Registration includes 2 lunch tickets. This is an excellent time for the exhibitors to spend quality time with our attendees.  The Thursday Evening Dinner and Social is a fantastic time to get to know our attendees.  Admission to the evening social is included with exhibiting sponsorship levels of $1,300 or more.

RCH Replacement Requests

The VSPC will research and replace any lost RCH letters from prior years for a cost of $25 per year. To request an RCH letter, send an email to [email protected]. Payment must be received before research will begin.  You may make payment via this catalog.

These amounts are nonrefundable.  We will do all we can to research and locate your records.

Process to request RCHs"

1. Select the product for the number of years that you need to request.

2. Click Add to Cart.

3. Answer the question with four digit years.

4. Click ADD

5. Click View Cart

6. Click Continue as Guest

Then continue until you make the payment through the system.

Transfer/Substitution Fee

This $50 fee is due when you transfer/subsitute an attendee to the VSPC. The transfer is not complete until this payment is made.
