Member Conference Fees - To be a member of the VSPC, you must be an active member of an affiliated VSPC chapter.  The affiliated VSPC Chapters are: 

• APA Richmond
• Charles Town West Virginia Chapter of the APA
• Colonial Capital Chapter of the APA
• Hampton Roads Chapter of the APA
• Shenandoah Valley Chapter of the APA
• Southwest Virginia Chapter of the APA
• Washington Metropolitan Area Chapter of the American Payroll Association
• Washington Metropolitan Area Chapter of the American Accounts Payable Association

Early Bird Registration:  (April 1 - August 23)  $275.00  Payment must be received or postmarked by August 24 or a $50.00 late fee applies.  In order to get the member rate, you must use the Coupon Code VSPC.  This code is entered on the screen where you add your conference ticket.  Membership in an affiliated chapter will be verified.

Regular Registration:  (August 24 - September 20)  $325.00 Payment must be received or postmarked by September 21 or a $50.00 late fee applies.   In order to get the member rate, you must use the Coupon Code VSPC.  This code is entered on the screen where you add your conference ticket.  Membership in an affiliated chapter will be verified.

Non Member Conference Fees - If you are not a member of an affiliated chapter, feel free to join prior to registering for the conference.
